2010 Marathon

Went out last Sunday to shoot the 2010 Pittsburgh marathon for dicks sporting goods. was a great time, though a bit rainy for the majority of the day. Equipped with a camera in a ziplock bag and a good friend with an sb-600 on a boom pole (also in a bag) we ran all over trying to get some unique action shots. Ended up getting some cool stuff, check it out!

City Paper – Black and Gold Magazine

hey there,

wrapped up the shoot(s) for the City Paper Black and Gold magazine and things are looking really good. worked with a lot of talented folks to put this together and had a great time shooting it. most of the photography was shot on white but we did go and shoot on the roof for some cover images, which was by far my favorite part. Ballet

did some black and white candid shots of some ballet dancers yesterday. was pretty cool and really lucked out on some window light that was kicking into the space. the result, super contrasty black and white awesomeness. take a look.

wine

shot some promo photos for a enginehouse 25 wines today, fun stuff and good wine. wanted to keep the shots kind of generic so things are cropped kind of tight and the focus is pretty soft. am pretty happy with the final stuff though!
